I have known Alex Johnson since 2022 and he is the nicest and most knowledgeable techs in the business. They have been servicing, repairing, and replacing parts of my nine-year-old Triangle tube boiler and water tank for the last four years and ensuring that it is always in top condition. Recently he switched out 2 expansion tanks because the old ones were failing. Since TT has shut down and parts are hard to come by, I was worried about maintenance going forward. But with Alex, I know my boiler is in good hands. Thank you, Alex!

It honestly is an honor to give a 5 star review for the service I received from Ongaro and Sons. A plumbing emergency occurred on a Saturday and, if not for the very professional and kind dispatcher immediately contacting the technician, we would have had to go to a hotel. Plumbing back ups are awful! Our technician, Salvador , saved the day. Professional, polite, very versed in the situation and how it could be solved. Salvador was honest that the “ fix” might need a second visit as previous owners had covered the main clean out line and to access it would require specialized tools( camera etc) and an additional assistant. We did need that visit. Digging, chain saw to cut through roots etc. Every step of the way, Salvador explained the process and gave options. I never had to question his recommendations as he provided videos and photos of all work. Salvador’s assistant that day was kind, polite and did an exceptional job especially on a hot day. Standing ovation for them both!

He is skilled, knowledgeable and very professional electrician- also very personable- it was a pleasure to meet him and have him relocate the panel. I highly recommend this company and Carlos Mendoza in particular.

John Lester came to my house very early in the morning. He was business-like and knowledgeable about HVAC systems. But he was also very personable and explained the entire procedure to me. I would highly recommend Ongaro and Sons. His helper Daniel was very good also.

A big thank you to Cody and Aldo, who quickly came to our condominium to help diagnose the problem, after a PG&E Power outage created a loud noise in our unit. Cody their electrician was just amazing!!. He even put in the effort to call us saying he'd finished off earlier than expected from his previous client & was in the neighborhood & could come by earlier if we wanted!! Which was fantastic , not only was he able to figure out our wiring he kept us well informed of what he was doing throughout the process. Very knowledgeable & an excellent communicator!!
