In a place with a real heating season and a modest cooling one, that is worth taking seriously.
And it changes the outage question, discussed below, because a propane appliance still needs electricity for its controls, its ignition and its fan. Having fuel in the tank is not the same as having heat.
Wells, septic and unheated infrastructure

Air district rules on the mountain
