Testing
- ✓Boiler Operation: Test sequence of operation, system temperatures, and closed system water pressure. Check Boiler Feed Valve functionality and Gas Valve Manifold pressure (adjust if needed).
- ✓Expansion Tanks & DHW System: Inspect Boiler and DHW Expansion Tanks, adjusting pressure if needed. Test DHW mixing valve temperature (if applicable).
- ✓Condensate System: Test and flush condensate drain, and test condensate pump functionality (if applicable).
Components & Controls
- ✓Test Circulation Pumps amperage draw (replace if exceeding manufacturer’s rating).
- ✓Test Zone Valves for functionality.

Visual Inspections
