A house on a working property is not a house on a lot
Rutherford sits on the central valley floor between Oakville and St. Helena, near the Napa River and the Silverado Trail, and it lends its name to an appellation of roughly 6,650 acres of valley-floor vineyard. There is no town in the ordinary sense. Most residential addresses here are dwellings on agricultural parcels.
That changes the job in a way that has nothing to do with the size of the house.
