A big thank you to Cody and Aldo, who quickly came to our condominium to help diagnose the problem, after a PG&E Power outage created a loud noise in our unit. I am always so pleased with Ongaro & Sons. It's a family run business, every tech and manager I have encountered has been so kind, so professional, so friendly, and my dogs always love them! The scheduler always calls me when something opens up before my scheduled appointment. Text communication and post visit write ups are fantastic and full of helpful info. We've used them on three different properties over the last 10-15 years. Our local contractor recommends them and they do great work! We have used them for all manner of things on a modern house, and mid century house and a rental property that was originally built in 1896... HVAC, ductless, ducts, plumbing, furnace, thermostat and recently we bought a new AC from them and it's so quiet, so efficient, and it takes up way less space on our side yard. They are coming next week for our first ever electrical issue and we are feeling very positive about choosing them once again to work on our home.

Last week I had a team of skilled Ongaro professionals (plumbers, electrician, and HVAC specialist) work on my home. What could have been the worst of times turned into one of my best home owner experiences. Each trades person was an excellent communicator and educated me about the water heater system and installation, the plumbing and electrical issues of my 1946 y/o home and my HVAC maintenance needs. I feel the cost of the work was worth it. I am grateful for the excellent professional skills provided by Michael the estimator, Rene the electrician, Devon from HVAC and all the plumbers Aldo, Felipe, Roberto, Kurt and Jeff. Daniella went the distance providing excellent service coordination. I feel fortunate to have worked with each of you, thank you, for your care and work ethic. I highly recommend Ongaro.

Cody their electrician was just amazing!!. He even put in the effort to call us saying he'd finished off earlier than expected from his previous client & was in the neighborhood & could come by earlier if we wanted!! Which was fantastic , not only was he able to figure out our wiring he kept us well informed of what he was doing throughout the process. Very knowledgeable & an excellent communicator!!
